 It’s no secret that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as it provides your family with the energy they need to carry out their daily activities. Choose your Oats

The type of oats you choose depends on your taste, however rolled and steel cut oats are recommended as they have a great texture and taste, which will provide you with a delicious result. Plus, you can add the amount of sugar or sweeteners you want.

Add 1 cup of the oats of your choice to a large saucepan with 3 cups of boiling water and a pinch of kosher salt. Your pan should be on medium heat and reduce it as soon as it starts to boil. Allow it to simmer for 15 minutes and stir frequently until thick, remember to add a dash of milk to finish.

There are many possibilities to make your oatmeal even more delicious; remember that you can add stone fruits, sprinkle berries or heat apricot jam and stir it into your oatmeal. Keep in mind that you can be as creative as you want, and you can even include savory flavors.
